Quick tip if you use other skin textures and you love it too much too change but you are getting the “brown face bug”, open up the spec file (basefemalehead_s or basemalehead_s) in ps and change the image size from 512x512 to 1024x1024 (save as normal map via the Intel Texture Works Plugin). I have added support for the Bethesda HD texture pack check under the optional files and download the one corresponding to the skin texture you are using.
